At SmileSet, we want you to love every piece you wear, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we are here to make your exchange or refund as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the shipping bag and include the provided packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
